Role description
JOB PURPOSE:
E-executive is to drive growth and optimization of the company's online sales by overseeing the end-to-end commercial operations of the internally & with customer operations, ensuring product availability, efficient order processing, and successful delivery from Dark stores to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Commercial
• Manage the product catalog across e-commerce platforms, including adding new products, maintaining accurate descriptions, categories, pricing, and high-quality product images.
• Develop and manage data-driven advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms, optimizing product visibility and driving sales.
• Ensure stock availability across all Dark store models, monitoring confirmation and fulfillment rates for each.
• Oversee deliveries and coordinate with the transport team for a smooth process.
• Monitor, activate, and track promotional campaigns and sales events on platforms.
• Ensure marketing campaign artworks are delivered on time and activated according to the activity grid. Prepare proof of activation and feedback reports.
• Track customer credit notes for accurate receivables management.
• Manage product data for inbound (sell-in) and outbound (sell-out) inventory to ensure accurate stock control and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate product availability and out-of-stock SKUs to relevant teams and customers in a timely manner.
• Track competitor activations and report findings in a timely manner.
• Share reports with partners as per requirements regarding purchase orders, availability, and other operational needs.
• Compile sell-in and sell-out reports for all platforms
EXPERIENCE SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce development, management, and strategy Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations, including 1P and 3P fulfillment models (preferred).
• Experience managing product catalogs on e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent and Clear communication Skills (spoken and written) English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, commercial and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
