Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize performance across 15+ global websites and multiple online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Noon, etc.). This role requires a solid grasp of digital commerce operations, strong coordination skills across functions, and an analytical mindset to improve key business metrics like conversion, traffic, cart abandonment, and AOV. The ideal candidate will act as the operational engine across platforms — ensuring listings are optimized, pricing is competitive, stock is aligned, and insights are tracked across regions.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Website Management
• Manage day-to-day operations across 15+ regional brand websites (pricing, inventory, offers, banners, SEO hygiene).
• Coordinate with content and design teams for timely updates of product pages, banners, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Identify issues in website flows (e.g., checkout drop-offs, speed, UI) and liaise with the tech team to resolve.
Marketplace Management
• Oversee product listings, pricing, offers, and stock health across Amazon, Noon, eBay, and other global platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure seamless order processing and fulfilment.
• Track reviews and performance on marketplaces and collaborate with relevant teams for reputation management.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
• Monitor and improve key metrics: Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Cart Abandonment, AOV, Repeat Rate.
• Implement A/B tests on product pages and checkout flows with the help of tech and UI teams.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to ensure alignment between landing pages and ad creatives.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track daily/weekly sales, traffic, and conversion data across all platforms using Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and Excel sheets.
• Maintain SKU-wise sales reports, offer performance dashboards, and monthly executive summaries.
• Proactively flag risks in sales dips, stock-outs, pricing mismatches, or technical glitches.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as the bridge between creative, tech, inventory, and performance marketing teams to ensure all campaign elements are aligned.
• Assist in launching new product collections with proper site readiness and SKU listings across all touchpoints.
• Support D2C growth initiatives with feedback loops from customer behaviour.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations across websites and marketplaces.
• Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills; capable of handling pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards.
• Understanding of funnel metrics and Revenue fundamentals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under tight timelines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (especially performance ads and SEO).
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with beauty/fragrance or fashion categories is a plus.
• Understanding of global logistics, VAT, and pricing dynamics across regions.
• Basic knowledge of email/CRM tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a distributed team.
• Willing to relocate to Dubai.
