Role description
Al Khayyat Investments is looking for a data-driven and commercially minded E-commerce Executive to join our Pharmaceutical Division – Skincare Unit.
While titled as E-commerce Executive, this position leans heavily towards sales and commercial analysis, supporting P&L tracking, sell-in/sell-out performance, inventory and margin analytics, and digital sales execution across e-commerce platforms.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance) to transform commercial data into actionable insights that drive both offline and online business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales P&L, margin performance, pricing trends, and stock movement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Track and evaluate e-commerce platform performance (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Monitor sell-in/sell-out data to identify market gaps and demand opportunities.
• Support online campaign tracking, digital promotions, and product launches.
• Work with internal teams to align marketing with commercial and operational goals.
• Assist in demand planning and inventory management analytics.
What We're Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or e-commerce operations (preferably within pharma, retail, or FMCG).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.
• Comfortable handling data, building dashboards, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
