We combine community, coaching, and tailored strategies to help our clients boost sales, reclaim family time, and build lasting wealth, Role Overview: The E-Commerce Growth Coach plays a critical role in helping our clients succeed in the Ascend eCommerce Growth Program. As a Growth Coach, you will coach and support a portfolio of 50-70 Shopify store owners, working 1-on-1 with them to guide their growth, tackle challenges, and achieve their goals. This individual must have experience successfully scaling Shopify stores, a background coaching entrepreneurs, and deep experience working within Meta Ads. Your primary focus will be ensuring each client feels supported and engaged throughout their journey with Ascend, while driving progress across the key milestones in their growth roadmap. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Client Coaching & Support: β€’ Conduct Client Success Calls with 50-70 clients to provide personalized support, answer questions, and ensure clients stay on track. β€’ Lead weekly onboarding kick-off calls with new clients to establish goals and set expectations. β€’ Conduct weekly roadmap calls to outline tailored 30, 60, and 90-day growth strategies based on audit insights . β€’ Participate in weekly group coaching calls: Tuesday Tactical Calls, Wednesday Strategic Calls (Potential for future calls on Mondays and Thursdays as the group expands.) β€’ Attend the Bloom | Weekly Sync (Team Meeting) β€’ Monitor and respond to all client correspondence and questions within Circle β€’ Conduct weekly check-ins with clients via Direct Messaging system in Circle Sales: β€’ Responsible for upselling clients Client Success: β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular touchpoints to ensure their progress and provide timely support. β€’ Use customer success tracking software to maintain detailed client profiles, track milestones, record calls, and manage to-dos. β€’ Celebrate client wins and foster a sense of accomplishment, helping clients overcome challenges and avoid overwhelm. β€’ Encourage engagement and participation across the program, keeping clients motivated and accountable. Platform Support: β€’ Confidently set-up client brands & campaigns in Meta Ads and coach clients on how to build & scale their brand – no media-buying required, but expect to coach on strategy. β€’ Support clients with Klaviyo email set-up (flows and campaigns). β€’ Provide guidance around Shopify set-up and basic storefront optimization. Growth Strategy & Implementation: β€’ Develop tailored 30, 60, 90-day growth roadmaps based on client audits, β€’ focusing on high-leverage activities that drive results in key areas: customer β€’ acquisition, AOV growth, and purchase frequency. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve program resources and β€’ tools based on client feedback. Qualifications: β€’ Proven experience in a previous coaching or sales role β€’ Proven experience in the E-commerce space β€’ Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/IG) in the eCommerce space–you’ve created campaigns, launched ads, and are comfortable navigating Ads Manager. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships, juggle priorities, and stay organized. β€’ Experience working with digital tools (Circle, Google Docs, Zoom, Shopify, Klaviyo) β€’ A passion for helping clients succeed and grow, with a genuine interest in eCommerce and small business development. β€’ Ability to lead both group and 1-on-1 sessions, providing actionable insights and guidance. β€’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, managing time effectively across multiple client needs. β€’ You’ve built your own brand before, or have experience building, scaling, and/or managing product-based brands and/or eComm stores. Compensation β€’ $2k base + $75 per client per month + $10k-15k in potential KPI-based bonuses = $69,000 - $102,000/yr OTE Client Load Compensation Breakdown: β€’ 50 clients = $5,750/m ($69,000/yr) β€’ 60 clients = $6,500/m ($78,000/yr) β€’ 70 clients = $7,250/m ($87,000/yr) CSM will be expected to maintain a client load of 50-70 clients once fully ramped-up The job description is not all-inclusive and certain activities, duties or responsibilities may be required as needed.
