Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Insights Manager to lead and support our online sales channel. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, tech-savvy, and has a deep understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing. Key Details • Where You’ll Work: Hybrid – this role will work from our Bellevue office 3 days/week and from home the remainder. However, additional on-site presence may be required to support team collaboration, meetings, and other business needs. • Your Hours: Full Time; working typical PST business hours will require some flexibility including evenings & weekends on occasion • Physical Demands: Ability to handle long periods of both sitting and screen time • Travel Expectations: 0-10% – some travel may be required to build and maintain strong supplier relationships. • Compensation: $125,000 plus annual bonus potential As the E-Commerce Insights Manager, you will be responsible for: E-commerce Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement short- and long-term e-commerce strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. • Manage, analyze, and optimize website merchandising, pricing strategies, and content to drive performance and ensure alignment with business goals. • Forecast future trends in performance and consumer behavior to guide planning, merchandising, and budgeting decisions. • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities. • Build and refine detailed customer personas using transactional, behavioral, and demographic data to inform personalization, product development, and marketing strategies. Performance Optimization • Track and optimize KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS) and provide actionable insights for consumer retention. • A/B test landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to improve user experience and sales. • Identify key touchpoints and behaviors across the customer lifecycle to improve retention, upsell, and winback efforts. Digital Marketing & Sales • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute SEO, paid, email marketing, and affiliate strategies and report on effectiveness of campaigns across all channels. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that enhance segmented customer marketing strategies, including identifying high-performing products, flagging underperformers and optimizing personalization efforts based on funnel performance and behavior trends. • Oversee product listings, promotions, and campaigns across third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nordstrom). Team & Vendor Management • Coordinate with designers, developers, and external agencies as needed. • Manage product and inventory uploads in coordination with supply chain and operations teams to support merchandising and promotional calendars. Customer Experience • Ensure a seamless online shopping experience including mobile optimization and customer service integration. • Analyze site interactions, heatmaps, and pathing to identify friction points and opportunities for UX improvements. • Support resolution of customer issues related to orders, shipping, and returns in collaboration with the customer service team. Requirements What You Bring to the Table: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing. • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.). • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and CMS systems. • Experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and email marketing tools. • Strong analytical and project management skills. What Could Set You Apart • Experience in B2C e-commerce or retail industry. • Familiarity with attribution models, customer data platforms (CDPs), or tag management systems (e.g., Segment, Tealium, Google Tag Manager) • Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Knowledge of international e-commerce operations and logistics (if applicable).
