Location: Plantation, FL (On-site strongly preferred; hybrid considered; remote possible for exceptional USA-based candidates) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced technology leader with a modern development mindset to guide and optimize our e-commerce integration and fulfillment systems. In this role, you will architect, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable backend solutions that connect our e-commerce platform to fulfillment and logistics partners. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, efficient order processing and fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of integrations between NetSuite, Shopify (backend API only), Orderful, CommerceHub, ShipStation, ShipJunction, and other fulfillment and logistics platforms. • Develop and manage integrations using EDI, API, SFTP, and similar technologies as required by our evolving business needs. • Ensure all systems and processes are built on a solid, scalable, and predictable foundation, supporting business growth and operational reliability. • Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve system performance. • Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce fulfillment and integration. Required Experience: • Significant hands-on experience architecting and managing integrations for e-commerce and fulfillment systems. • Deep familiarity with NetSuite, Shopify (backend/API integration), Orderful, CommerceHub, ShipStation, ShipJunction, and similar platforms. • Strong track record of building scalable, maintainable, and reliable technical solutions. • Experience with EDI, API, SFTP, and other integration protocols and tools. • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with additional e-commerce fulfillment tools and emerging integration technologies. • Prior success in roles focused on backend integrations and process automation within e-commerce or related industries.
