Role description
$100K-$110K annual salary + no cap performance earnings (additional $100K-$150K+) Working for a fast-paced Amazon consulting agency, with a proven Amazon growth methodology, the Senior Amazon Brand Manager / Amazon Consultant / Senior eCommerce Director will support the growth of 8-figure companies each selling up to $70 million through Amazon. They grew by 300% in 2024 and have incredible feedback from more than 200 customers. This is a hands-on role guiding clients through key projects. The Senior Amazon Brand Manager / Amazon Consultant / Senior eCommerce Director will therefore need to have a deep understanding of Amazon (from PPC campaigns to Seller Central and FBA), organic search, brand management, and inventory planning. You’ll be allocated clients and will focus purely on delivery; there’s no business development involved. This is a fully remote, full-time role with lots of training and development involved on the job, as well as super high earning potential (with no cap). Ideally, you will be based in the US or Canada (EST or CST time zones preferred). The Senior Amazon Brand Manager / Amazon Consultant / Senior eCommerce Director will: β€’ Solve key Amazon challenges for clients. β€’ Hold regular strategy calls with clients, pushing projects forward. β€’ Offer daily support via email communications. β€’ Attend training sessions and remote team meetings. The Senior Amazon Brand Manager / Amazon Consultant / Senior eCommerce Director must have: β€’ 3+ years’ hands-on Amazon brand management experience, ideally in Amazon-native or D2C businesses that also sell through Amazon. β€’ Strong PPC expertise, having managed monthly ad budgets of at least $50K. β€’ Owned P&L previously for an Amazon channel/sales. β€’ Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
