As we continue building our digital presence, we’re looking for a Manager of Ecommerce Merchandising to ensure our online storefront reflects the quality, care, and story behind every piece we make. Role Overview This role is responsible for translating our heritage brand into an intuitive, high-converting ecommerce experience. You’ll lead merchandising strategy and execution across our WooCommerce and Shopify platforms, working closely with internal teams to drive online sales and create a premium digital showroom. Key Responsibilities ● Ecommerce Strategy & Performance: Own ecomm KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue. Identify growth opportunities, A/B test relentlessly, and implement initiatives to improve performance. ● Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of WooCommerce and Shopify, ensuring product listings, navigation, and content are accurate, up to date, and optimized for performance. ● Product Data Management: Ensure product information—including descriptions, specs, pricing, SKUs, and lead times—is accurate, consistent, and optimized across all digital platforms. ● Promotions & Campaign Execution: Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to plan, build, and optimize custom landing pages, launch promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product rollouts, ensuring seamless execution across the site. ● Conversion Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, and Full-Story to analyze customer behavior, identify friction points, and partner with developers to improve UX, checkout flow, and mobile experience. ● Merchandising Oversight: Lead merchandising strategy and execution to ensure products are presented effectively, categories are intuitive, and key items receive appropriate visibility. ● Inventory Coordination: Work closely with operations and fulfillment to ensure lead times, availability, and messaging are accurate and customer friendly. ● SEO Management: Oversee on-site SEO best practices including metadata, internal linking, and keyword optimization to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, creative, manufacturing, customer service, and sales to keep the ecommerce engine running smoothly and strategically aligned. Comprehensive product catalog management: Oversee SKU creation and maintenance, pricing updates, dimensional accuracy, product descriptions, imagery, and inventory coordination. Qualifications 3–5 years of ecommerce experience, ideally with premium or luxury consumer goods. Proven success managing end-to-end ecommerce performance on WooCommerce and Shopify. Experience with digital analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar), CRM tools (Hubspot), and basic web troubleshooting (HTML/CSS). Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action. Excellent written communication, organizational, and project management skills. Comfortable owning deadlines, juggling multiple initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally.
