Job Title: E-Commerce Manager We are changing the world...one flannel at a time. We’re a little non-traditional, a little on the edge, but that’s what makes us such a fun company to work for. Motorcycles, skateboards, low-riders, hardcore/punk music, and flannels in our closets. That’s who we are and we were tired of flannels that didn’t fit well, wrinkled, shrunk, and faded. We worked hard and did it better and rolled out the first Dixxon flannel in 2013 and we haven’t looked back since! We continue to be all about growth and change! We are looking for experienced E-Commerce Manager who loves what they do and love to continue to grow creatively. Position Overview The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and performance of Dixxon’s digital platforms, including the eCommerce website, mobile app, and supporting tech stack. This individual will own the functionality, optimization, and integrity of the customer’s online experience, ensuring seamless operation and scalability as the brand continues to grow. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with deep technical knowledge, project/vendor management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple platforms and tasks, and is proactive and solutions-driven when it comes to digital performance and customer usability. • Minimum 5 Years of E-Commerce Management Experience Required • Job Responsibilities: Lead the strategy, implementation, and day-to-day management aligned with best practices in UX/UI, Onsite SEO, and CRO Own and oversee the performance of key digital tools including but not limited to: Nosto, Okendo, UserWay, Rewind, Fast Simon, Mezeron, Tapcart, and Shogun Manage external vendors to execute website enhancements and features for all digital products, including the eCommerce website, mobile app, and supporting digital assets Mentor and manage the eCommerce team Develop and execute QA processes including test plans, scripts, and test scenarios for all digital assets Oversee bug tracking and resolution processes, prioritizing based on business impact Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and security best practices for all eCommerce platforms Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure aligned execution of web content, product launches, and promotional campaigns Conduct performance testing including load, stress, and traffic-based simulations to safeguard user experience during peak periods Optimize customer experience across all digital touchpoints, increasing conversion rates, customer retention, and engagement Continuously evaluate digital tools and processes for value, improvement and scalability Ensure real-time data integrity and efficient data flow between platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, analytics, email/SMS, etc.) Monitor and maintain platform performance metrics including site speed, uptime, and responsiveness Maintain accurate documentation of testing protocols, issue resolution, and system changes Champion proactive and transparent communication across departments, offering expertise and strategic input as needed KPIs include: Conv. Rate, AOV, Onsite Time, Load Time, and Bounce Rate Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred), apps, and digital assets Familiarity with website optimization tools, A/B testing methodologies, and customer journey mapping Hands-on experience with QA testing processes and performance analytics Strong technical understanding of web development processes and CMS platforms Prior experience managing cross-functional or vendor teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and eCommerce compliance best practices Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Rewind, Okendo, Nosto, and Shopify apps Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to lead with clarity, provide mentorship, and communicate technical topics to non-technical teams MacOS proficiency preferred Compensation & Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Supplementary AFLAC coverage 401K with company contribution Product discounts Gym access at HQ Paid Holidays Sick time accrual Vacation time accrual Weekly payroll through direct deposit SCHEDULE Must be available to work full-time 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
