We’re looking for a skilled candidate to manage our E-Commerce sites, Including our Amazon store and SelfCareCentral.com, as well as a small warehouse. You should have a knowledge base that includes: √ AMAZON experience in product campaign and analytics expertise is a must. √ General E Commerce sales experience, with the ability to identify and assess new business opportunities as well as provide outstanding customer service. DUTIES INCLUDE - just about everything. Managing customer service questions and issues. Developing new leads and building relationships. Inventory management in Amazon and warehouse online and in-person. Product campaign management and analytics. Fill customer orders, manage warehouse product inventory Promote products online through weblog, postings, marketing campaigns, or online advertising Create Search Engine to place marketing content in desired online locations Measure and analyze website usage data to maximize search engine or refine customer interfaces Investigate markets to determine areas for opportunity or viability Participate in meeting with CEO to stay abreast of online trends, techniques, etc. Qualifications: Ecommerce sales experience; Amazon sales experience a must! Excellent customer engagement skills, including communication and interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
