Role Overview
We’re seeking an E-Commerce Manager to oversee and continually improve our digital storefront. This role is responsible for ensuring the website reflects the brand’s evolving look and feel, delivers a frictionless shopping experience, and integrates seamlessly with marketing, production, and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical coordination skills with a sharp eye for brand presentation and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with developers to ensure the Shopify site is updated to reflect brand identity, seasonal campaigns, and evolving design standards.
• Optimize site performance, navigation, and product pages to create a frictionless customer journey from landing to checkout.
• Implement visual merchandising hierarchy and on-site storytelling that speaks to brand ethos and cultural touchpoints, drawing inspiration from collection references and heritage fashion trends.
• Oversee product upload process - handling product descriptions, image uploads, UPC creation, merchandising, accurate pricing, customs information, etc.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align site content with campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Apply e-commerce best practices in UX, conversion optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
• Serve as a liaison between marketing, production, and web development to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
• Monitor site analytics and customer behavior, using insights to propose and implement improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor practices, recommending tools and strategies to improve customer experience and sales.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with developers and third-party platforms as needed.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of e‑commerce or digital merchandising experience—ideally within premium fashion, streetwear, or design-focused brands.
• Hands-on familiarity with Shopify, CMS workflows, and integrations in e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills: fluent in using Google Analytics, site heat mapping, CRO tools, and performance dashboards to inform decisions.
• Experience coordinating production assets (photo, styling, inventory) with workflows that support launch calendars and visual consistency.
• Excellent communication skills—capable of working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and technical teams—delivered with clarity and design sensibility.
• A forward-thinking mindset: aware of where fashion culture meets digital commerce, trend sensitive, and always optimizing for brand narrative and performance.
