Job Requisition: E-Commerce Manager Location: Remote Status: Full-Time About Rho Nutrition Rho Nutrition is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand delivering science-backed, liposomal supplements to support longevity, energy, and performance. We operate with speed, intention, and precision. Role Overview We’re hiring a detail-driven E-Commerce Manager to focus on content integrity, QA, and merchandising execution across all digital surfaces. This is a hands-on role for someone with deep Shopify experience and an obsession with accuracy, brand consistency, and customer-facing excellence. You’ll work closely with our Director of E-Commerce and current E-Commerce Manager to manage and evolve our Shopify storefront while owning the QA and documentation process across website, email, SMS, and more. This person will be the go-to lead for ensuring everything a customer sees, from product pages to homepage content to emails, is clean, accurate, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities β€’ Manage merchandising and product setup across the Shopify storefront, including product pages, collection pages, and bundles β€’ Build, update, and QA landing pages and site content in partnership with front-end developers β€’ Own the quality control process for all customer-facing content across website, email, SMS, and digital assets β€’ Maintain a log of all site updates and content changes for visibility and accountability β€’ Act as final content approver on the e-commerce team for product copy, imagery, and layout β€’ Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and visual hierarchy β€’ Support site evolution projects, including new sections, templates, and UI updates β€’ Assist with seasonal homepage refreshes, promotional updates, and product launches β€’ Collaborate with developers to ensure updates are executed accurately and efficiently β€’ Identify and resolve content gaps or inconsistencies across digital platforms Requirements β€’ 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with direct ownership of a Shopify storefront β€’ Strong understanding of merchandising, conversion strategy, and digital content workflows β€’ Demonstrated experience with QA processes and tools for digital content β€’ Sharp eye for detail and layout across desktop and mobile β€’ Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation and content logs β€’ Excellent communication skills and ability to uphold a brand voice across channels β€’ Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment β€’ Background in CPG, wellness, or supplements is a plus What We’re Looking For β€’ A teammate who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment β€’ Someone who takes pride in clean, accurate, brand-aligned content β€’ A strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes β€’ A highly self-motivated contributor who can stay on track and drive projects forward without constant oversight β€’ A clear communicator who proactively collaborates across teams and takes initiative to keep things moving
