Role: E-commerce Marketing Executive

What you’ll do
• Own the growth plan: set quarterly goals, channel mix, and a simple budget.
• Create content that sells: short-form video, product pages/landing pages, ads, and a weekly email.
• Run social & community: YT/Shorts, TikTok, IG, FB, plus Reddit/Discord/forums presence.
• Build creator/affiliate pipeline: brief UGC, recruit sim-racing YouTubers/streamers, track results.
• Lifecycle automation: set up welcome, post-purchase and abandoned-cart flows; 1–2 campaigns/week.
• Paid essentials: Google Shopping/Search and Meta retargeting; keep tests small and frequent.
• Shopify CRO: improve PDPs, bundles, reviews; run lightweight tests and ship quick wins.
• SEO & PR basics: publish useful content, keep technical hygiene, and secure links/mentions.
• Measure & report: simple GA4/Ads/Email dashboard; share weekly results and next actions.
What success looks like in 90 days
• Channel plan + dashboard live.
• Predictable cadence (≈1 email/week; 2–3 posts or videos/week).
• Always-on paid + retargeting with improving ROAS.
• Uplift in conversion rate and email revenue share vs baseline.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years hands-on e-commerce/DTC marketing (doer, not just coordinator).
• Strong copy + visual sense; happy producing “good-enough” assets yourself.
• Confident with Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and an email platform (e.g., Klaviyo/Omnisend).
• Bonus: light video editing (e.g., CapCut) and interest in sim-racing/gaming.
