Role description
About Diso
Diso (part of Issa Group) is an innovative vitamins & supplements brand, best known for our convenient, high-absorption dissolvable oral strips and wellness formulations across various formats.
We’re scaling quickly across direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, and retail — including listings with leading retailers. With an innovative roadmap of new products launching over the coming months and years, we are on a mission to grow Diso into a category-defining health & wellness brand that reshapes how consumers take supplements.
The Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the next phase of Diso’s growth. Based at our Preston HQ, this role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll set the growth strategy, own PPC/SEO/e-commerce performance, and build scalable acquisition and retention systems working with our partner agencies.
You’ll manage external specialists while collaborating with leadership to scale Diso into a household name in the vitamins & supplements category. Importantly, you’ll play a leading role in bringing our ambitious pipeline of new products to market, ensuring every launch makes a strong commercial and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Growth Strategy — Develop and implement marketing strategies to scale Diso across D2C, marketplaces, and retail.
• Brand Positioning — Build a distinctive brand voice and storytelling that sets Diso apart in a crowded category.
• Paid Media — Lead PPC and paid social campaigns (Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok) with a focus on CAC, ROAS and long-term value.
• SEO & Content — Drive international SEO and content strategies to boost organic visibility and authority.
• E-Commerce & CRO — Oversee website and marketplace optimisation to maximise conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase.
• Product Launches — Design and deliver go-to-market campaigns for Diso’s expansive new product roadmap, covering creative, PR, influencer and paid activation.
• CRM & Retention — Build lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, automation, loyalty) using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Team Leadership — Manage and inspire an in-house designer, freelancers and agencies; expand the function as we scale.
• Analytics & Reporting — Own performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, rankings) and use insights to guide investment and growth.
• Compliance — Ensure all marketing content and claims comply with supplements regulations across regions.
About You
• Strategic thinker who thrives on scaling consumer brands.
• Proven background in vitamins, nutraceuticals or consumer health strongly preferred.
• Commercially minded and highly data-driven.
• Excited by the challenge of bringing a steady stream of innovative new products to market.
• Confident leading small teams and external partners.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing with strong focus on PPC and SEO.
• Track record of scaling e-commerce/D2C consumer brands.
• Experience managing marketplace advertising (Amazon, etc.) and retail partner marketing.
• Website optimisation and CRO expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Package
• Excellent salary + performance bonus, extended leave, benefits and career growth in a fast-scaling wellness brand and opportunities to work on wider group business activities.
Why Join Diso?
This is a chance to join a fast-growth UK supplements brand at a pivotal stage. With a large pipeline of innovative new products on the horizon, you’ll be at the forefront of launching game-changing solutions into the market. You’ll have the autonomy to set strategy, own delivery, and shape the future of Diso’s marketing function as we scale across retail, e-commerce and international markets.
