We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about optimizing digital strategies, analyzing campaign data, and enhancing customer journeys, we want to hear from you. About the Role You’ll be responsible for executing and improving digital marketing efforts, owning performance-based campaigns, enhancing automation flows, and optimizing our website experience to drive revenue growth and brand engagement. Key Responsibilities • Meta Ads: Manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns with strong attention to ROAS and performance benchmarks. • Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Maintain and improve flows and campaigns targeting segmented audiences. Analyze engagement and suggest refinements. • Chat Automation: Manage Freshchat flows to ensure functionality across all active channels. • Website QA: Conduct frequent audits for UI/UX performance and bug detection. • Multi-Platform Performance: Oversee and optimize campaigns across TikTok and Pinterest. • Personalization Tools: Use value acquisition tools like Rebuy to improve personalization and increase AOV. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Tech and Catalog teams to ensure website and PDP content is up-to-date and optimized. • Analytics: Dive into performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo to drive insights and decisions. Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce. • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools. • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, performance optimization, and LTV. • Basic knowledge of CSS for layout tweaks and UI improvements. • Analytical, organized, and results-driven mindset.
