About the Job: β€’ Positioning NI as the industry leader and thought leader amongst clients, partners and peers. β€’ Expanding support from Operations by helping increase of Merchant Sales Volume, Acquiring Processing, Relationships and revenues. β€’ Working closely with country and functional teams to provide eCom Solutions to our merchants and banks. β€’ Developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with optimum offerings. Responsibilities: β€’ Lead a team of managers and engineers to support ecommerce operations for Merchants and banks across the region. β€’ Assist regional teams with best practices and standardization for eCommerce Operations β€’ To support eCom Operations with the required product knowledge, pre-sales support combining and translating NIs solutions to the merchant’s business requirement to win the merchants and retain them. β€’ Collaborate with Product Design and Delivery Team to prioritize, launch, Facilitate the implementation of products/services/Mandates in a customer-focused manner. β€’ Assist in projects related to compliance, migration and integration and adhoc projects β€’ Work closely with the Information Services and Consulting Group to build products that solve critical business problems based on customer feedback. β€’ Serves as a liaison between sales and product developing strategy and compelling solutions for our client segments and verticals β€’ Work closely with the Merchant facing teams to translate the merchant challenges to product requirements. β€’ Drive efforts to evolve the local market solution strategy / prioritization to establish business sponsorship and define the execution criteria. β€’ Champion adoption of Operations process and procedures- keeping them upto date β€’ Support RFPs and RFIs and New products into the region supporting business with client evaluations of the existing e-com products and the new beta versions. β€’ Maintain close relationship with key, government and SME Heads and Merchants and acquirer business contacts to proactively solicit feedback on support. β€’ Represent network international for any escalations for key accounts and compliance β€’ Act as the subject matter expert for launch of eCom in any region. Contribute to the development and maintenance of Merchant Requirements repository by documenting and reporting missed sales opportunity and feed in using discoveries for product, process improvement and policy change that can help land the sale again. β€’ Present NI ecommerce products to our Key accounts and assist the Gov, and SME customers and explain complex technology-based solutions that address their business requirements. β€’ Ensure to maintain Ops risk, BIA, BCM, and SLAs for Ops and clear internal and external audits. β€’ Work with internal business stakeholders to understand business needs and create solutions using knowledge of systems. Act in an advisory role, gather information about future needs, report on trends, and make recommendations for system changes. Qualifications: β€’ Advanced technical, business and operational understanding of eCommerce and processes. β€’ Experience in working with multiple payment gateway solutions in the region. β€’ Knowledge of emerging payment trends and competitive landscape. β€’ Ability to inspire and lead high performance cross functional teams who can envision and create innovative solution that meet our customer needs. β€’ Payments – Traditional, Digital Acquiring, eCom Expertise β€’ Analytics - understanding merchant payments and business models β€’ Presentation and Influencing skills β€’ Team leading, collaboration β€’ Negotiation and sales skills β€’ Strategic planning, analytical thinking Technical β€’ Advanced technical knowledge of Payments, Acquiring and Processing systems/platforms β€’ In-depth Knowledge on ecommerce Payment gateways, PSPs and their integration models β€’ Ability to provide technical solutions to cater to the customers requirement with the existing products Professional β€’ Professional Degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience in the Payments industry. β€’ Understanding of Cards business or related Payments Industry experience β€’ Understanding of Merchant Acquiring business. Business β€’ Significant experience in the bankcard or related industry β€’ General Finance and Accounting β€’ Business Negotiations skills β€’ Excellent communications skills, written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations β€’ Ability to work independently and engage multiple levels of management in key decisions where required for the business
