Job title : E- commerce Project Manager/ Scrum Master
Location: Boston, MA (Open for non-locals who can relocate)
Note: Experience level should be 12-17 years
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 plus years in leading planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT programs.
• Must have strong E-Commerce background.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies and able to run scrum ceremonies
• Should be expert in scrum methodologies, project management.
• Strong JIRA knowledge in building & maintaining Scrum Boards & Dashboards.
• Should be able to escalate risks timely and drive it to closure.
• Must be good in status reporting.
• Able to create ppt slides for executive meetings as needed for project.
• Work with Ecommerce manager to help him manage backlog and right story creation.
• Well versed working with Kanban boards.
• Experience in the Ecommerce domain.
• Very good in Retail domain knowledge and should have managed minimum 2 to 3 Ecommerce projects.
• Should be self-driven, flexible and have a very positive attitude.
• Should be proficient in creating excel reports and power point presentations for project planning.
• Should have excellent verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate clearly.
• Should be a team player and hands-on in planning tasks.
• Should be creative and think of new ideas to provide value through project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, including staff allocation, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
