Job Summary:
Nadel is an internationally renowned creative marketing and promotional products company seeking an E-commerce Project Manager for their headquarters in Culver City. The role involves providing onboarding and operational support for Nadelβs E-commerce store program implementations, managing timelines, and ensuring successful launches of web-based programs.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee project management of new client webstores (onboarding, managing timelines, milestones, approvals, etc.) to ensure successful launches of stores, microsites, and web-based programs.
β’ Manage and document invoicing, billing, and financial coordination for store setup, development, ongoing hosting/platform fees, and additional charges.
β’ Administer Nadelβs proprietary platform, managing store setup, domain ownership, security details, platform capabilities, and integrations.
β’ Track, document, and communicate all requests for new web-based projects, including custom development, surveys, contact/order forms, and RFP technical guidance.
β’ Support internal teams and clients by providing expertise on store operations, fulfillment, inventory, system alerts, and platform improvements.
β’ Manage external vendors, developers, and technology solutions, ensuring proper maintenance, client requests, security, and implementation of new programs.
β’ Oversee external databases, payment systems, email marketing platform connections, reporting tools, and data pipelines for store performance monitoring.
β’ Develop internal marketing materials to support e-commerce programs, including decks, one-sheets, and instructional tools.
β’ Maintain accurate records of all stores and programs, including domains, security, platform capabilities, special implementations, and client details.
β’ Monitor and manage alert systems for downtime, follow-ups, and platform improvement recommendations.
β’ Assist with exploring new technology solutions to improve current programs and develop new revenue streams.
β’ Oversee internal (Nadel IT) and external software integrations, including store-to-warehouse connections.
