KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an E-Commerce Project Manager / Shopify Admin: B2B / DTC e-commerce We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-Commerce Project Manager / Shopify Admin to lead and execute B2B and DTC e-commerce initiatives. This role combines project management oversight, agency coordination, and hands-on Shopify administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, accurately, and in alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities • Manage Shopify admin tasks, including setting up product pages, content modules, and configurations based on copy and design documentation. • Maintain dedicated working hours to ensure consistent progress and communication (approximately 20 hours/week). • Track and manage internal tasks and agency deliverables, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, using Asana or similar project management tools. • Monitor agency development timelines and validate project plans for feasibility, ensuring deliverables remain on schedule. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and executive-level summaries, including key project timelines and dates, for different audiences. • Conduct end-to-end testing on Shopify implementations and NetSuite integrations (if applicable), including functional, technical, and persona-based test cases. • Summarize key milestones, deadlines, and blockers for leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to SOX/audit processes for relevant project components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and external agencies to execute e-commerce initiatives successfully. Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Shopify admin, including configuring products, modules, and site content. • Proven experience in project management, including planning, timeline tracking, and reporting. • Demonstrated experience managing agencies or external development partners. • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to multitask and proactively resolve issues. • Proficiency with Asana or other project management tools for tracking tasks and deliverables. • Experience with QA testing and test planning; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus. • Understanding of SOX compliance and audit processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry is a plus. Compensation depends on experience but is typically $65-75/hr W2.
