Responsibilities will include: Data & Reporting • Work with Excel to clean, manage, and prepare data for website and ERP updates (training provided on advanced tools) • Spot trends in sales and product performance, sharing insights with the Sales Team Website & ERP Support • Keep the website up to date with new products, pricing, and content • Assist with syncing data between SAP Business One and Magento • Troubleshoot basic website or ERP issues and escalate where needed Sales Support & Customer Interaction • Support the Sales Team with pricing, supplier lists, and customer queries via email, phone, and live chat • Monitor order fulfilment and chase abandoned cart sales to maximise online opportunities • Assist with product launches, ensuring copy, translations, and digital content are delivered on time General Operations • Attend meetings on website and sales topics, contributing ideas and feedback • Provide first-line support for staff on website queries • Test and validate website updates to ensure accuracy This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where your ideas are valued, and your growth is encouraged.
