Position SummaryAs the E-Commerce and Marketplace Manager, you will oversee and optimize our digital retail presence, ensuring consistent growth and operational excellence across all platforms. This hybrid role requires a results-driven individual with expertise in Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize the Shopify storefronts for skinChemists and Dr Botanicals. Implement SEO strategies, product updates, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Monitor and improve user experience, ensuring mobile and desktop functionality. Marketplace Operations: Oversee Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace listings to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Develop strategies to enhance visibility, improve sales rankings, and manage customer reviews. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly. Data Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all platforms and report on sales, conversions, and growth opportunities. Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and listings. Inventory and Fulfillment Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper inventory levels and timely fulfillment across all channels. Address and resolve any order or shipping issues. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including PPC ads, email marketing, and social media strategies. Leverage tools like Klaviyo for email automation and customer retention. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and guidelines to maintain positive account health. Qualifications Proven experience managing Shopify stores and marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing. Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and other relevant platforms. Excellent communication and project management skills.
