You’ll work closely with our business and creative teams, learn to use AI-driven pricing and SEO tools, and support the full journey of our products from inventory check-in to final customer delivery. Key skills: 1/ Tech-savvy comfortable learning e-commerce and AI-driven tools. 2/ Attention to detail for accurate product listings, stock updates, and documentation. 3/ Strong written communication for product blogs, and customer coordination. 4/ Creative mindset with basic photography and content presentation skills. 5/ Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and processes effectively. What are you going to do: 1/ E-commerce management: • Create and manage product listings across various online platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality. • Maintain weekly stock updates and ensure the e-commerce system reflects real-time inventory levels. • Monitor competitor listings with our AI-pricing analytic tools • Coordinate client’s inquiries with the business team to support sale transactions. 2/ Business Operations: • Write weekly blog posts assisted with AI-tools to automated SEO & GEO LLM search engine. • Photograph products for online listings and marketing materials. • Coordinate with content editors and designers to enhance product imagery and ensure brand alignment. • Write internal product descriptions to support the sales team with in-depth knowledge of incoming stock. • Record and document all items being checked in or out, including detailed photos and videos, and systematically archive them for traceability. • Prepare shipping labels, manage packaging, and ensure timely dispatch of sold items.
