Summary • We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to support our Flagship Phone team. This role focuses on inventory management, sales data analysis, and optimizing product listings to drive growth. Job Duties • Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics to support regional and global market expansion • Develop forecasting and inventory models to optimize stock levels and availability • Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve campaigns, and guide strategy • Manage Amazon operations including A/B testing, pricing, SEO, and competitor analysis to drive growth • Maintain key partner relationships with Amazon managers and 3PL providers • Monitor inventory and resolve shipment/storage issues to prevent extra costs • Prepare reports on sales, operations, and compliance for leadership • Lead promotional campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and product visibility on Amazon • Coordinate product launches across teams using market insights and business goals Skills • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities • Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills • Efficient organizational skills for managing information • Effective problem-solving and adaptability to unexpected challenges • Intermediate knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related internet software Requirements • 0-2 years of related experience preferred • Bachelor's degree is required • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing and understanding skills • U.S. work authorization required • New employees to Spigen Inc, will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
