Role description
Summary • We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to support our Flagship Phone team. This role focuses on inventory management, sales data analysis, and optimizing product listings to drive growth. The ideal candidate applies logical reasoning to evaluate solutions and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support product launches and business expansion. This position offers a valuable opportunity to deepen your expertise in e-commerce within a dynamic team environment. Job Duties • Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics to support regional and global market expansion • Develop forecasting and inventory models to optimize stock levels and availability • Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve campaigns, and guide strategy • Manage Amazon operations including A/B testing, pricing, SEO, and competitor analysis to drive growth • Maintain key partner relationships with Amazon managers and 3PL providers • Monitor inventory and resolve shipment/storage issues to prevent extra costs • Prepare reports on sales, operations, and compliance for leadership • Lead promotional campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and product visibility on Amazon • Coordinate product launches across teams using market insights and business goals Skills • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities • Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills • Efficient organizational skills for managing information • Effective problem-solving and adaptability to unexpected challenges • Intermediate knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related internet software Requirements • 0-2 years of related experience preferred • Bachelor's degree is required • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing and understanding skills • U.S. work authorization required • New employees to Spigen Inc, will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
