• Partner with internal and external fulfillment teams (including 3PLs) to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and inventory KPIs are met.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead regular E-commerce Team meetings, maintaining strong communication with cross-functional team members and external partners.
Client Support & Reporting
• Serve as the lead contact for ecommerce store projects and builds, ensuring contract renewals, store performance goals, and client satisfaction targets are met.
• Provide insights through sales and inventory reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
About You
You are an organized, proactive leader who can balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution. You thrive in a role that blends project management, team leadership, and client service—and you’re passionate about using technology and design to create exceptional online store experiences.
Qualifications
