Role description
We are seeking an E-Store Trading Manager to join a high-performing Digital Sales team within a globally recognised tier-1 consumer brand.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to drive commercial performance, who thrives on cross-market collaboration, and is energised by working at the dynamic crossroads of E-commerce, Sales, and Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and manage weekly trading reviews across multiple European markets.
β’ Analyse e-commerce performance data to identify root causes of success or underperformance.
β’ Build and present weekly sales reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
β’ Collaborate with local subsidiaries to create growth strategies and optimise trading performance.
β’ Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on strategic actions.
β’ Support SKU rationalisation initiatives and revenue optimisation plans.
β’ Utilise BI tools and dashboards to monitor, interpret, and act on performance trends.
We are looking for:
β’ 5+ yearsβ experience in e-commerce trading, online sales management, or a similar role.
β’ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot, complex formulas) and BI tools.
β’ Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse functions.
β’ Deep understanding of digital sales channels and performance metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, etc.).
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
β’ Experience working across multiple European markets is a plus.
β’ Bonus: experience with SKU optimisation projects and revenue growth initiatives.
