Role description
Summary β€’ We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Channel Operation Specialist to support and optimize digital store operations. This role focuses on managing product listings, inventory forecasting and replenishment, and ensuring operational accuracy through supplementary tools. You’ll gain hands-on experience in order management, customer support, and fraud detection, while using data insights to enhance user experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for effective cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in e-commerce and supply chain performance. Job Duties [Channel Content Management] β€’ Manage and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, functionality, and efficiency while building documented processes [Inventory Management] β€’ Monitor, replenish, and forecast inventory to ensure consistent availability and support efficient supply chain operations [Supplementary App Management] β€’ Support the use of existing applications by following established processes and reporting any issues to ensure smooth operations [Order and Customer Management] β€’ Manage orders and optimize systems to ensure seamless fulfillment, operational efficiency, and proactive fraud detection [Store Maintenance and Optimization] β€’ Monitor and enhance store functionality and design to align with trends, improve performance, and meet customer expectations [Data and Insights Analysis] β€’ Enhance user experience and engagement by evaluating content performance to optimize outcomes and provide actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions [Basic SEM & SEO Tasks] β€’ Support in keyword monitoring and basic analysis to support search marketing performance β€’ Contribute to landing page and content optimization by implementing meta descriptions and alt-texts β€’ Support paid search campaigns (PPC) through basic execution tasks and performance tracking β€’ Use data insights to help improve campaign visibility, user engagement, and overall traffic Skills β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently β€’ Capable of identifying issues and delivering practical, data-informed solutions β€’ Familiarity with Shopify, eBay, and related applications (preferred) β€’ Experience with Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms (preferred) Requirements β€’ Bachelor’s degree required (Related fields preferred) β€’ Korean is preferred β€’ U.S. work authorization required β€’ New employees to Spigen Inc, will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
