Role description
1. E-mail & CRM Manager (Full-time, in-house) Role objective: Grow e-mail revenue and LTV through segmentation, automation, and A/B optimisation. Key responsibilities: 1. Integrate Sales-i / SugarCRM, website (Drupal Commerce) and ESP (Mailchimp / Klaviyo) in collaboration with the tech team. 1. Build RFM and interest-based segmentation (Sales-i / SugarCRM β†’ Klaviyo / Mailchimp). 1. Launch and optimise automated flows: welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, pre-order, and others. 1. Own the e-mail content calendar: topic, offer, audience, send-cap. 1. Manage the A/B testing pipeline (subject, CTA, send-time) - β‰₯ 2 tests per week; track and report on CTR / CTO / revenue per e-mail. 1. Monitor deliverability (bounces, abuse, domain reputation); regularly clean the list. 1. Brief the designer, approve creatives, control responsive HTML quality. 1. Maintain KPI dashboard and e-mail P&L; receive performance bonus based on e-mail revenue uplift. 1. Liaise with buyers to understand the product range, audience and sales analytics for better segmentation and offers. 1. Oversee landing page production: define structure and brief the creative/dev teams. Requirements: β€’ 2–4 years in lifecycle or e-commerce marketing. β€’ Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp (flows, segments, A/B). β€’ Basic HTML for e-mail and understanding of deliverability best practices. β€’ English B2+ with strong short-form copywriting skills (wine/spirits background is a plus). Nice to have: β€’ Basic SQL for segmentation and exports; knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio. β€’ Experience working with premium e-commerce brands. β€’ Familiarity with CRM data (Sales-i, SugarCRM or similar). β€’ Experience migrating or configuring ESPs (e.g. Mailchimp β†’ Klaviyo).
