Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead technical integration and customer onboarding efforts while driving strategic sales enablement across our security, AV, and low-voltage distribution channels. In this role, you will work closely with key partners to build and expand e-procurement capabilities, support critical account growth, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. Job Duties โ€ข Partner with sales leadership to identify and capture e-procurement opportunities, expanding adoption within existing accounts and winning new business โ€ข Champion e-procurement capabilities in RFP responses, customer meetings, and strategic account planning sessions โ€ข Drive revenue growth by positioning e-procurement as a differentiator and value-added service โ€ข Lead end-to-end customer onboarding for e-procurement platforms, including PunchOut catalogs, EDI connections, cXML, and other methods โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for technical implementation, collaborating with both internal and external teams โ€ข Manage day-to-day e-procurement operations, ensuring high uptime, smooth transaction flow, and fast issue resolution โ€ข Work within an agile framework, collaborating with DPOs, architects, developers, sales teams, and third-party vendors to align efforts and deliver outcomes โ€ข Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing performance โ€ข Monitor program performance and deliver reports with actionable insights โ€ข Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive platform improvements and user experience enhancements โ€ข Develop best practices, training materials, and documentation for internal and external use You Must Have โ€ข 12+ years in B2B e-commerce, procurement integration, or technical account management โ€ข Deep experience in B2B, wholesale distribution โ€ข Proven track record in customer-facing roles with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders โ€ข Deep understanding of APIs, data formats (XML, JSON), and integration troubleshooting โ€ข Experience with e-commerce ecosystems and digital selling platforms, including integrations with procurement tools and customer-facing marketplaces โ€ข General knowledge of PIMs, ERPs, and procurement platforms โ€ข Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms We Value โ€ข Background in security, AV, or low-voltage distribution โ€ข Experience contributing to Agile planning activities like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and writing user stories โ€ข Knowledge of e-procurement protocols (PunchOut, EDI, cXML, OCI/OPI) โ€ข Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, or similar About Us Resideo is a $6.76 billion global manufacturer, developer, and distributor of technology-driven sensing and control solutions that help homeowners and businesses stay connected and in control of their comfort, security, energy use, and smart living.
