Are you obsessed with data, ecommerce trends, and turning insights into action? We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and results-driven Ecommerce Account Representative to help us optimize performance across our digital customers channels. You’ll work closely with account managers, marketing, and operations to drive growth on platforms. This position can be done remotely from one of the following states: MN, SD, MO, TX, UT or WI. Pay is negotiable based on experience. As the E-commerce Account Representative, you will drive product placement and increase revenue by reviewing and analyzing websites of customers who drive business through e-commerce. Top Accountabilities • Drive profitable and sustainable revenue growth with assigned strategic customers who are web-based go-to market (e-commerce). • Analyze gaps in customer product offerings and make recommendations that Fey can fulfill. • Ensure our products are well-presented, use SEO-optimized wording, and feature dynamic imagery on customer websites to enable maximum revenue. • Ensure an effortless process is maintained for e-commerce customers to add more of our products to their platform(s). • Manage relationships of partnership with assigned customers, to manage and develop a strong brand and experience for customers. Other Essential Activities and Responsibilities: include the following. • Deliver on the established goals and metrics for this role. • Follow our processes and procedures. • Exemplify the company’s purpose, values, initiatives, and vision. • Identify emerging ecommerce promo distributors. • Identify Main Contact and key stakeholders at distributor. • Learn the language of each ecommerce distributor, the key to what drives their revenue engine. • Engage customers on product selection and new products we have launched. • Identify the customers pricing strategies and wants. • Provide quick, accurate and engaging communication; includes delivery of information and documents to facilitate business transactions. • Prepares and conducts quarterly account reviews with the key stakeholders from each assigned customer; along with subsequent quarter planning to increase revenues. • Creates annual customer reviews and account development plans for assigned accounts; works closely with the customer Merchandising Managers/Vendor Relations contact(s). • Prepare and conduct scheduled account reviews, along with corresponding planning for increased revenues and communication with key stakeholders from each assigned customer. • Creates and shares a monthly analysis report that contains the number of Fey items on the customer website, sales dollars, and product placement opportunities. Includes reporting on appropriate competitor information and actionable data to support business development decision making processes. • Works with the Director of Sales on any annual customer contracts and agreements. • Review leads for e-commerce accounts for consideration of inclusion to targeted list. • Collaborates with internal Marketing team, sharing intel, trends, learnings, critical key words and tags. • Handles occasional customer-related data entry. • Participate in continuous improvement activities while collaborating with other teams/departments to ensure we earn the favorite every day. • Assist with developing our company’s overall digital marketing strategy. • Manage online Fey product presence for e-commerce customers, as needed and available. • Keep up to date on current digital trends; share with team stakeholders for Fey to stay current. • Estimated 5% travel for customer visits, meetings, and/or trade shows. • Perform other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience: Preferred: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, within Marketing or similar business-related fields.
