Role description
Job Summary
The eCommerce Analyst will support the Digital Marketing Team team with execution of promotions, campaigns, and digital merchandising on first- and third-party online dispensary menus. This role will focus on the day-to-day management of website content product merchandising across our online menus so weβre looking for someone whoβs exceptionally organized and meticulously detailed.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
β’ Work closely with the Merchandising team to program retail promotions on our online menus which includes creating basic promotional assets
β’ Work with Brand and Retail Marketing team to manage website banners for marketing campaigns, store announcements, and seasonal promotions
β’ Maintain and update product information, images, and availability across online menus
β’ Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to ensure accurate, timely, and on-brand digital content for product launches, marketing campaigns, store openings, and other events
β’ Assist with data tracking and reporting to monitor performance of online menus and campaigns
β’ Support strategic initiatives defined by the Sr. eCommerce Manager and Director of Digital Marketing
β’ Support retail location with menu customizations, optimizations and general menu support
β’ Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Competencies and Qualifications
Competencies
β’ Tech-savvy; ability to operate across a variety of platforms including iHeartJane and Adobe Commerce
β’ Detail oriented: Ability to manage promotions, menus and campaigns for 50+ stores in 8 markets, each with its own set of rules and guidelines
β’ Process-obsessed: Project manage initiatives, communicate deadlines, and proactively provide business insights
β’ Creatively curious: Always looking for ways to elevate the customer menu experience. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred
Qualifications
β’ 0+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field
β’ Cannabis industry (or another highly-regulated industry) experience preferred
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and marketplace partners
Salary Range is $60,000 to $70,000
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This position operates in a professional office, store or cultivation environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. This position may require long work hours, weekends, nights, or holidays. In addition, this position may require travel. This position may be required to work outdoors and/or during inclement weather.
While performing the duties of this job, this position incumbent is regularly required to visually observe, talk, and hear.
