About Us
Cernucci is the leading jewellery and streetwear brand with roots in London and Brazil. From moissanite chains to premium tracksuits, we bring together statement style and next-level quality. We collaborate with our favourite artists, models, influencers and athletes worldwide. Our community is everything to us. With new drops weekly and a growing global audience, Cernucci is more than a brand - it’s a movement.
The Role
As Ecommerce Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our online store and app deliver the right product, at the right time, with the right message. Working from our Manchester HQ, you’ll be highly organised and detail-oriented, owning product upload and presentation while keeping the customer journey slick and seamless. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to execute the promotional trading plan, maintain our visual merchandising standards, and bring our onsite content to life.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Site Management
• Upload and manage products across our websites and app, ensuring all content (titles, imagery, descriptions, categorisation) is accurate, optimised, and on-brand.
• Maintain site health by identifying and resolving any broken links, content errors, or outdated listings.
• Collaborate with development teams to roll out new site features and fixes.
Promotions & Trading
• Execute the ecommerce trading plan, ensuring campaigns, offers and discounts go live without a hitch.
• Work closely with marketing and CRM to ensure homepage, navigation, banners, and content reflect active promotions.
Visual Merchandising
• Own the visual merchandising strategy for our digital storefronts, optimising product placement by key factors such as newness, bestsellers, price point, and trend relevance.
• Collaborate with Buying, Paid Media, and CRM to align trading moments with the broader marketing calendar.
• Regularly update collections to reflect seasonal stories, cultural moments, and brand priorities.
Onsite Content & SEO
• Manage onsite content including blog uploads, articles, SEO metadata, and internal linking strategies.
• Ensure all content is optimised for both UX and SEO to drive organic visibility and conversion.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Serve as a key connection between Ecommerce and other departments including Buying, Merchandising and Marketing.
• Co-ordinate product and campaign launches, ensuring seamless execution across all channels.
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in ecommerce product management and CMS/website maintenance (Shopify experience a big plus).
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills and able to juggle tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with data and product copy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
• Passion for the brand, streetwear, and the culture that drives is desired.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• High level of computer literacy including MS Office (Excel proficiency essential).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred but not essential).
Why Join Us?
At Cernucci, we do things differently. You’ll be joining a fast-growing, agile, creative and collaborative team, where your ideas and initiative are encouraged. We’re here to build something big, and we want you to be part of the journey.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Generous staff discount on all products
• Regular team socials and events
• Company pension contribution
