About the role: As the E-commerce Associate, reporting directly to the Manager of E-commerce we are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual to support the day-to-day the day-to-day operations of our online store to drive sales, conversion and improve the overall performance of the eCommerce platform. The position will focus on assisting with weekly site updates and content management to help deliver a consistent experience across all digital storefronts. This role will contribute to maintaining the customer journey and product discoverability by executing content updates and supporting site optimizations, including Merchandising, Development, Creative, and Performance Marketing/ Brand Marketing partners. Key Responsibilities: • Support product launches, sales events, and site refreshes buying, planning, and creative teams to highlight key styles, trends, and new arrivals • Prepare and organize web assets and file specifications to help ensure smooth communication with the Creative team • Help implement enhanced content across product listings that include images, video, product descriptions, etc. that are aligned with brand standards • Assist in developing content for landing pages, banners, email, and seasonal campaigns as directed • Perform regular site audits to ensure product accuracy, functionality, and a seamless customer experience Support the team by monitoring competitor websites and industry trends to share ideas and best practices • Assist in troubleshooting product or customer issues that arise on site as needed, including but not limited to, copy, tags, and navigation changes • Help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, click-through rate, and bounce rate to support opportunities for optimization and improvement Qualifications: • 2+ years of e-commerce experience in direct-to-consumer businesses • Strong written and communication skills with a positive can-do attitude • Ability to collaborate and partner with individuals in a highly cross-functional environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) • Basic understanding of SEO principles for product and site content What you’ll get: • Competitive Compensation & Bonus Plan. • Access to healthcare including medical, dental, vision, and other ancillary benefits. • 10 Company Holidays Annually. • Discretionary Time Off Policy. • Advancement Opportunities. • Discount on clothing plus semi-annual gift card allotment.
