Role Description
This is a part-time, freelance role for an Ecommerce Associate. We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to support our Shopify ecosystem across ecommerce websites and retail point-of-sale (POS) systems. This role is responsible for ensuring product accuracy, smooth functionality, and a seamless shopping experience across all digital and retail channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing product data and troubleshooting within Shopify.
Responsibilities
• Upload new products into Shopify, ensuring accurate and complete information across ecommerce and POS
• Configure and maintain monogramming options on eligible products
• Manage and update imagery across websites, including product images, lifestyle photography, and category banners
• Maintain accurate product pricing and implement timely updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products, shipping, inventory, or POS functionality, escalating when necessary
• Partner with ecommerce and retail teams to ensure consistency across channels and support omnichannel initiatives
Qualifications
• Experience working with Shopify
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve product or system issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for product data management
