Title: E-Commerce Business Architect (SAP Hybris) Contract-to-hire opportunity No Sponsorship Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Business Architect to play a key role in the development and enhancement of our B2B and B2C eCommerce portals. This position will work cross-functionally with IT, Digital, eCommerce, and Marketing teams, serving as the primary technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong functional and technical expertise, focused on optimizing user experiences and driving successful project execution. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Strong experience with SAP Hybris eCommerce platform (B2B, B2C portal) highly preferred • 10+ years in IT, focused on business analysis, requirements gathering, and system configuration • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical solutions • Extensive eCommerce platform experience (Hybris, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, or Adobe Commerce) • Strong blend of business, technical, and functional expertise with a focus on high-quality user experience and project delivery. • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Skills: • SAP system experience • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Basic project management capabilities • Experience delivering product demos • Ability to simplify and communicate complex solutions effectively Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross- functional teams, business units to gather and translate requirements into user stories or use cases • Analyze business needs to recommend and implement enhancements for eCommerce platforms • Provide input during solution design to improve functionality and user experience • Design workflows, interfaces, and user interaction models for intuitive engagement • Communicate technical ideas clearly and concisely across teams • Maintain awareness of evolving digital best practices and apply relevant standards • Build and manage effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors • Ensure eCommerce solutions align with overall IT strategy and business goals • Support project feasibility analysis, scoping, risk evaluation, and resource estimation • Participate in testing and validation to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
