Our CPG, retail client is seeking an eCommerce Content Associate Manager to work with their team. This role will be 40 hours per week, hybrid onsite (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays) for a one year term with the potential to extend. All equipment and software will be provided! This role plays a key part in ensuring that key brands within the portfolio shine on the digital shelf across major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Target.com, and Instacart. You will lead and manage content-related projects, direct content agency, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and utilize platforms such as Salsify, Commerce IQ and Bazaarvoice to ensure our product content meets project requirements, is aligned to best practices and delivered on time. Responsibilities • Lead and manage eCommerce content project execution ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met. • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing and Legal) and external partners (agencies, retailers) to create and publish product content. • Assist in agency management and oversight, direct agency activities. • Maintain and optimize Ferreros digital shelf using tools like Salsify (PIM) and CommerceIQ, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with retailer requirements. • Support seasonal campaigns, special events and new product launches by managing content readiness across all eCommerce platforms. • Monitor content accuracy and performance using scorecards and reporting tools, identifying opportunities to improve visibility and conversion. • Stay informed on eCommerce content trends and make suggestions on best practices and new technologies. Qualifications • Bachelors degree • 13 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or project management, CPG experience preferred. • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and content tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Bazaarvoice). • Experience managing and directing an agency required. • Experience in developing and reviewing eCommerce content preferred, previous experience in developing marketing content required. • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
