Key Responsibilities:
β’ Maintain accurate and consistent product data across website, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces
β’ Ensure correct taxonomy, attributes, images, and compliance with platform requirements
β’ Coordinate and oversee outsourced product listing agents, providing briefs and quality checks
β’ Monitor marketplace rules and updates, ensuring listings remain compliant
β’ Set and enforce data standards, correcting errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
β’ Report on product data quality, efficiency, and performance metrics
β’ Work with internal teams (buyers, marketing, IT) to support promotions and customer experience
β’ Track website and marketplace performance, suggesting improvements
β’ Assist in implementing e-commerce strategies and campaigns to drive sales and growth
Qualifications:
β’ A minimum of a secondary school certificate (GCSE or equivalent); additional certifications in data management are advantageous.
β’ Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
β’ Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
β’ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
