The Cookware Company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Amazon E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to help manage and grow our Amazon business across six dynamic and expanding brands. In this role, you’ll be an essential player in executing strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring we meet sales targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—content, SEO, and operations—to bring compelling product stories to life and deliver a best-in-class experience for the Amazon shopper. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES • Monitor competitor pricing and market activity, flagging risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions. • Analyze sales data for core SKUs, new launches, and promotional periods to identify trends, successes, and improvement opportunities. • Maintain accurate and updated sell-in and sell-out forecasts in collaboration with the National Account Manager. • Track product lifecycle stages, recommending optimizations or phase-outs. • Input and track monthly promotions, measuring their sales, traffic, and rankings. • Organize and maintain promotional calendars, track approvals, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Support the setup, launch, and post-launch tracking of new products. • Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO, accuracy, and conversion potential in partnership with the content and SEO managers. • Gather competitive insights from retail channels and social media to inform product innovation and positioning. • Coordinate with demand planning and supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels, ensuring product availability aligns with promotional calendars and forecasted demand. • Compile and analyze key performance metrics for regular business reviews with internal executives. • Communicate regularly with the Amazon Retail teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of open issues and initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Business / E-commerce or related field. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Web-based applications. Vendor Central or Seller Central a plus!! EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • 1-3 years of experience in an eCommerce role • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data formatting, sorting/filtering, etc.) • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Vendor Central, or similar • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon Vendor Central (or Seller Central), and basic data analysis. • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
