E-Commerce Coordinator 📍 Location: Greenville, SC (GOS Headquarters) 📌 Department: E-Commerce 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Greenville Office Supply (GOS) is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Coordinator to support our Promotional Products and E-Commerce divisions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for digital merchandising. You’ll manage online storefronts, maintain product data, and ensure smooth user experiences across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Promotional Storefront Management ·        Maintain and update multiple online storefronts ·        Create and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing) ·        Add new users and handle password resets ·        Remove discontinued items promptly ·        Troubleshoot storefront issues for customers and internal teams ·        Customize storefronts using basic HTML and inline CSS ·        Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create/edit logos and manage digital assets E-Commerce Platform Support ·        Add and update products using Excel-based imports ·        Research and enrich product listings with accurate descriptions, titles, and media ·        Manage user accounts and resets across platforms ·        Ensure product data integrity and perform periodic site audits ·        Collaborate with the team on recurring monthly tasks and ad hoc projects Qualifications ·        Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required) ·        Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required) ·        Familiarity with basic HTML and inline CSS (preferred) ·        Background in e-commerce, promotional products, or digital storefronts (a plus) ·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ·        Excellent problem-solving ability and independence in task execution ·        Comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities Why Join GOS? ·        Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and fun team ·        Play a key role in shaping how customers experience our products ·        Work in a growing company with opportunities for professional development How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience to: shart@gos1.com
