Role description
MOSCOT is a 107-year-old New York City institution renowned worldwide for its iconic eyewear – The MOSCOT Originals. MOSCOT infuses its unmistakably refined, downtown aesthetic with over 100 years of eyewear expertise and unparalleled craftsmanship to create its timeless eyewear. While now recognized as a global fashion brand, MOSCOT remains, at heart, a neighborhood optical shop. The E-Commerce Coordinator position is located at our NYC Corporate Headquarters on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. This support role will assist the E-Commerce Team with administrative, product, and technical tasks. This is a hybrid role on site at least 2-days per week.
• Manage sku creation, product forecasting and timelines related to new product and collection launches.
• Monitor Ecommerce platform performance and address technical issues.
• Responsible for conducting competitive analysis, as requested.
• Pull and analyze website reporting to track KPIs and trends in the business on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; make recommendations to drive traffic, grow sales and improve conversion.
• Coordinate all E-Commerce photoshoots and sample collection, logistics and due dates.
• Manage 2-3 third party vendors.
• Analyze and speak to reporting for quarterly presentations to the Marketing and Senior Leadership teams.
• Assist in technical SEO management and strategic planning to grow the channel.
• Coordinate pricing and uploads for MOSCOT.COM.
• Merchandising category pages based on trends and Marketing campaigns.
• Manage Google My Business and all Shop updates on Google and the website.
• Responsible for inventory management, product waitlists, oversells, and coordinating inventory between Retail/Operations/Warehouse.
• Communication of all inventory, operations updates to broader team.
• Cross functional communication regarding orders, inventory, site updates.
• Responsible for daily QA of the website.
• Support the E-Commerce Management team in other ad-hoc projects and daily operations, including reporting.
• Assist and manage legal business practices: ADA, CCPA and GDPR Compliance.
Education and experience
• Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 years of ecomm support experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Advanced Excel skills required for data analysis.
• Experience with E-Commerce systems preferred – Shopify a ++
