Role description

With Watch Discovery Studios in Melbourne, London and New York (opening Q4 2025), and a powerful global content engine, we’re one of the world’s most respected watch media and alternative retail platforms. Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Coordinator – U.S. to support our fast-growing American operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital retail, marketing, and customer experience — someone who can keep our online store running seamlessly while spotting opportunities to optimize sales, storytelling, and service. Based in New York (hybrid) and reporting to our General Manager (United States) you’ll be the operational backbone of Time+Tide’s U.S. eCommerce platform. To apply, please follow instructions below. What you’ll be doing Website Management • Oversee day-to-day operations of our U.S. eCommerce site, ensuring a frictionless customer journey. • Manage product listings, descriptions, imagery, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize user experience and site functionality. Inventory Management • Monitor and forecast inventory demand using sales data, seasonal trends, and analytics. • Generate and manage purchase orders to maintain stock levels. • Provide sell-through and stock-on-hand reports. • Coordinate stock transfers between locations to meet demand. Marketing • Work with the Time+Tide brand team to develop and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales. • Manage campaigns across email (Klaviyo) and organic social media (Meta platforms). • Track and analyse store performance, providing insights and recommendations to boost conversion and growth. Customer Service & CRM • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to elevate the shopping experience. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Support CRM initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
