Ecommerce and Customer Marketing Lead (Remote) Work Location: Remote/work from home (Preference for candidates located in Chicago, IL)Eligibility: Open to USC/GC candidates only Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Customer Marketing Lead to join our team and drive eCommerce strategies in the North American Sales Organization. This role involves leading a team, managing marketing budgets, and executing key retail and digital initiatives. The position starts as a temporary 9.5-month role with potential for full-time hire based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of 5-6 individuals (Analyst to Senior Manager level). Lead strategic annual planning for key retail drive periods. Oversee marketing budgets and allocate funds to Senior Managers or Managers. Build eCommerce strategies to grow market share and track performance. Collaborate with retailers and support Joint Business Plans (JBP/JVP/KVP). Conduct analytics, campaign recaps, and retail media reporting (MBR/QBR). Train field sales teams on eCommerce tools and processes. Drive digital strategies across availability, content, ratings/reviews, and share of search. Qualifications 8+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CPG industries (required). Strong knowledge of retail media strategy and platforms (e.g., Roundel, The Collective, Amazon Retail Media). Expertise in media metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPC, incremental ROAS). Familiarity with the CARS Framework (Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, Search). Experience with major retailers (e.g., Albertsons, Target, Ahold, Dollar General, Meijer, Publix). Proficiency in tools like Tableau, IRI, Spark, Reveal, and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to summarize complex data and influence leadership decisions. Work Environment and Schedule Fully remote role with preference for candidates located near Chicago, IL. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week during business hours.
