Job Title: Ecommerce & Customer Marketing Lead
Duration: 8 Months contract
Chicago, IL (Can work Remote)
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong digital and eCommerce fluency, including media metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPC, incremental ROAS) Retail media strategy and buying experience (e.g., Roundel, The Collective, ADRM, DGRM) Business acumen in CPG planning to guide campaign strategy and investment decisions
Lead a team of 6: 3 Sr. Managers, 1 Manager, 1 Sr. Analyst, 1 Analyst Drive 2026 planning across strategic accounts (Albertsons, Ahold Delhaize, Target, Dollar General) Optimize campaign performance and ROI Support eCommerce market share growth and digital media execution Transition to Grocery Wholesale (Meijer, HEB, Publix) in the second half of the contract
Consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience
Responsibilities:
People Development between 5 to 6 people (Analyst to Sr. Mgr level)
Building strategies to drive market share and understand how current plans are performing. Share out success and best practices.
Budget owner & cascades budget down to Sr Mgrs/Mgrs
Support customer Specific JBP/JVP/KVP as needed
MBR/QBR Analytics and support
Primary POC for: BU Leadership, National Omni Team
Recaps of the following: Specific campaign recaps (per customer), Test & Learns
Equipping & training Field Sales Teams with eComm Sales knowledge for them to eventually own through tools and document aids.
Retail Media Network Monthly Reporting & QBRs
Digital Expect across Perfect Screen: Strategy, Reporting & Share Outs across availability, content, and share of search.
