Remote / New York City Area All Gold is the engineering and ecommerce team behind some of the world's largest online brands. Since 2010, we've been building critical behind-the-scenes infrastructure for record-setting footwear and apparel merchants, specializing in e-commerce for high-demand products that sell out quickly due to popularity or limited availability. How we work We are a small and efficient remote team, currently consisting of nine members, with team members located in New York, San Francisco, and the United Kingdom. We manage our repositories on GitHub and utilize Jira for ticket and sprint management. Who we are looking for We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Ecommerce Delivery Manager to join our remote team, with preference if based in New York City area. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful deployment of client ecommerce projects, coordinating with development teams, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the delivery process. Role & Responsibilities Manage and coordinate deployment schedules for client ecommerce projects Oversee quality assurance processes and testing procedures Create and maintain deployment documentation and procedures Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth releases Monitor post-deployment performance and address any issues Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients Lead weekly deployment planning meetings and status updates Occasional in-person meetings (for NYC-based team members) Technical Requirements 3+ years experience in ecommerce project delivery or related role Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify Experience with deployment and testing methodologies Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellence in communication and stakeholder management What we’re offering Full time or part time job opportunity (6 to 12 month contract) Competitive pay based on experience Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to work with leading brands in ecommerce Apply for this position Send your resume and a brief introduction with the subject line " Ecommerce Delivery Manager " to jobs@allgold.com .
