Role description
Ecommerce Operations • Monitor and maintain product listings, content, and media assets across the Magento/Adobe Commerce platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Coordinate closely with HQ E-Merchandising and Digital teams to ensure timely updates and compliance with global direction. • Ensure all product information-including imagery, pricing, descriptions, and metadata-is accurate, complete, and tailored for the UK market while remaining aligned with global guidelines. • Manage content updates via the CMS, including homepage, navigation, promotional assets, and brand messaging, ensuring local relevance and consistency with central creative. • Coordinate the launch of new products and seasonal campaigns in partnership with marketing, product, and creative teams. Review UK copy and translations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and appropriate tone of voice. • Support onsite merchandising by managing category structures, product sequencing, and PLP (Product Listing Page) layouts to drive visibility and conversion. • Optimize site search functionality in collaboration with HQ to improve product discoverability, relevancy, and user experience based on performance insights and customer behavior. • Monitor site performance metrics including conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, and cart abandonment. Use analytics tools to identify opportunities and propose optimizations to improve user experience and commercial outcomes. • Liaise with fulfilment partner ILG and customer service teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order dispatch, and a seamless customer journey. • Manage the post-purchase experience through Narvar, ensuring proactive communication, accurate order tracking, and an efficient returns process. • Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve escalated or exceptional customer queries, ensuring timely and brand-consistent responses. • Maintain ongoing coordination with HQ across product launches, campaign execution, platform updates, and performance reporting to ensure alignment and operational excellence. Digital Marketing & Paid Media • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest. • Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, creative asset coordination, and ad copy development, ensuring all elements align with campaign objectives and the brand's tone of voice. • Monitor campaign performance daily, tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and customer acquisition cost. Identify opportunities for optimization and support ongoing A/B testing initiatives. • Coordinate the timely delivery of creative assets and messaging in collaboration with internal teams, creative partners, and external agencies, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing calendar. • Contribute to SEO and SEM efforts by supporting keyword optimization and enhancing the performance of product and landing pages to improve organic search visibility. • Provide operational support for the UK Affiliate Marketing Programme, collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and performance is tracked. Digital Content & Asset Coordination • Manage the digital content calendar and ensure timely rollout of assets across ecommerce, email, and social platforms. • Maintain an organized media asset library, ensuring correct usage, version control, and accessibility across teams. • Align with HQ to ensure local digital execution reflects global brand standards and campaign frameworks. Market Insights & Innovation • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, ecommerce innovation, and competitor activity within the luxury and beauty space. • Monitor customer behavior and campaign performance to recommend tests or improvements across ecommerce and paid media. • Share insight and ideas that support continual enhancement of the digital customer journey and brand storytelling.
