Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile, Arabic-speaking Ecommerce & Digital Intern to support a variety of initiatives across the Ecommerce function, with a primary focus on Affiliate Program Management and Influencer Outreach.
This role is project-based meaning you’ll work on different assignments across multiple teams, adapting to business needs and timelines. One week you might be onboarding new affiliates, the next assisting with a product launch campaign or supporting a cross-border Ecommerce initiative.
It’s a perfect role for someone who thrives in variety, is comfortable juggling multiple projects, and wants to learn the behind-the-scenes of a fast-growing D2C brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Affiliate & Influencer Program (Primary Focus)
• Identify and research potential affiliates and influencers, particularly in Arabic-speaking markets.
• Assist in outreach, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Track deliverables, performance metrics, and payouts for affiliates.
• Support content coordination between influencers and the creative team.
1. Cross-Department Projects
• Assist with Ecommerce initiatives ranging across Digital Marketing, CRM and Operations
• Support research, competitor benchmarking, and market insights for strategic decisions.
• Provide operational assistance for special projects (e.g., new platform launches, collaborations).
• Coordinate between teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Requirements
• Must be fluent in both spoken and written Arabic, as well as English.
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
• Strong research, organization, and communication skills.
• Interest in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, and brand partnerships.
• Self-motivated with a “get it done” mindset.
