Terms: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 06:00pm flexibility)
Overview
As an Ecommerce Digital Marketing Executive specialising in customer and performance marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our online retail platforms. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing strategies and analytics, you will develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at maximising customer lifetime value and optimising performance across various marketing channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the promotional plan to ensure alignment with trading plan objectives. Collaboration with the content team to produce promotional assets will be a key aspect of this role.

• Digital Marketing Strategy – Strong grasp of customer and performance marketing, including acquisition, retention, and conversion tactics across digital channels.
• Campaign Management – Proven ability to plan, launch, and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns (email, PPC, social, affiliates, etc.) to meet defined KPIs.
• Analytical Thinking – Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and campaign dashboards to extract insights and drive data-led improvements.
• Promotional Planning – Skilled in executing ecommerce trading calendars, coordinating campaigns with trading and product goals.
• Marketing Technology Proficiency – Understanding of CRM, automation, and performance marketing tools used to support digital growth strategies.
