Role description
Central Employment are working with a fast growing online DTC & Trade Retail brand, as they look to recruit a results driven eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager. eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager profile: Developing and executing online sales strategies, overseeing website performance, digital marketing activity (SEO & PPC), managing inventory and product listings, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals. • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify opportunities and trends. • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce website and campaigns. • Manage the continuous strategy and performance of key digital marketing channels, specifically SEO, PPC and Email Marketing (Klaviyo) – managed by 3rd party agency Website Management: • Oversee website design, functionality, and user experience (UX). • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels. • Optimize website content and structure for search engine optimisation (SEO) Customer Service & Operations: • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the online shopping journey. Team Leadership & Management: • Lead and motivate the e-commerce team, if applicable. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT). • Manage budgets and resources effectively. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: • Circa 3- 5 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field – DTC, eTail, FMCG Knowledge: • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies. • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing). • Knowledge of web design and UX principles. • Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify platforms
