You are responsible for driving strong client performance and maintaining positive, trust-based relationships for a subset of emerging ecommerce businesses. You work with the Ecommerce Director to develop and define the quarterly strategy, translate that vision into actionable plans, coordinate execution across channels, and ensure all deliverables meet client goals and brand standards. Responsibilities: 1. Day-to-Day Strategy Execution & Coordination • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client communications on tactical and operational matters. • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Director to define and execute quarterly marketing strategies. • Lead the coordination of monthly marketing plans, ensuring tasks and priorities align with the agreed strategy. • Act as a central connector between channel owners (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, etc.), ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and strategic direction. • Facilitate ongoing cross-collaboration by meeting with channel owners regularly to discuss campaign performance, identify interdependencies, share client updates, and ensure cohesive execution across all channels. 1. Quality Assurance & Brand Alignment • Conduct quality assurance of key deliverables to ensure alignment with the overarching marketing strategy and brand integrity. • Confirm that creative assets, campaign copy, and tactical executions reflect the client’s voice, positioning, and goals. 1. Client Advocacy & Strategic Support • Advocate for client objectives within the agency, ensuring internal teams prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable value. • Communicate potential opportunities or risks to the Ecommerce Director promptly so they can be addressed strategically. 1. Operational & Financial Awareness • Support the Ecommerce Director in tracking account performance against goals, including profitability targets. • Monitor budget pacing, ensuring campaigns stay within approved spend parameters. • Flag potential overages or margin risks early so they can be addressed proactively. 1. Reporting & Insights • Gather and prepare data for monthly client reports; draft initial insights and recommendations for Ecommerce Director review. • Highlight performance wins, optimization opportunities, and any shifts in the competitive landscape. Key Performance Indicators: • On-time delivery of campaigns and tasks. • Campaign execution accuracy and alignment to strategy. • Client NPS • Contribution to client KPI improvements, including: • Ecommerce revenue • ROI / MER • CAC • Repeat purchase rate • AOV
