Title: eCommerce transformation Manager
Location: Rochester, NY (Onsite)
Engagement Lead to manage the successful delivery of a high-impact eCommerce transformation project for a U.S.-based enterprise client.
The role requires strong client engagement skills, project leadership, and an understanding of headless or composable commerce platforms such as CommerceTools etc, and integrations with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
As the primary point of contact for the client, the Engagement Lead ensures alignment between business goals, technical execution, delivery milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for the client across the entire engagement lifecycle (Discovery to Implementation & Rollout).
Own and manage the project roadmap, deliverables, and engagement governance.
Lead discovery workshops, requirements clarification, and solution alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, QA, DevOps, Architects) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Monitor project KPIs, risk management, and issue resolution in coordination with PMO and client sponsors.
Drive status reporting, steering committee updates, and change control processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) where relevant to data, payment, and customer privacy.
Facilitate contractual compliance, SOW adherence, and coordinate with commercial/legal teams when needed.
• Support account growth, scope expansion, and relationship management beyond the initial
engagement.
