Role description
What Will Be Your Mission As Ecommerce Executive, you will support the Ecommerce Manager in the day-to-day operations of Cartier’s online boutiques. Your focus will span ecommerce operations, content management, and online merchandising, helping to deliver a consistent and elevated experience to our clients across all digital touchpoints. You will collaborate with the Client Relations Center (CRC), logistics, warehouse, retail, and central teams to maintain accurate website content, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and contribute to a seamless client journey from browsing to delivery. What Will You Do You will support the following areas: Daily Operations & Client Experience β€’ Coordinate with CRC, logistics, and warehouse teams to support order processing, delivery, returns, and manual flows (e.g. exception orders, stock sourcing, repair flow) β€’ Act as the main contact for manual flows in collaboration with the warehouse and CRC β€’ Contribute to the phone sales process and support CRC in converting contacts into purchases β€’ Submit, track, and resolve technical tickets and enhancement requests β€’ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for new feature rollouts β€’ Train CRC, retail, and operations teams on ecommerce systems, tools, and processes Content Management β€’ Assist in creating and maintaining homepage plans and campaign briefs β€’ Ensure all website content is accurate, current, and aligned with HQ and market guidelines β€’ Support implementation of content strategies to increase engagement and conversion β€’ Participate in campaign meetings to integrate ecommerce across all relevant touchpoints Merchandising β€’ Support execution of product merchandising strategies for optimal online visibility β€’ Manage product categorization, tagging, filters, and search optimization β€’ Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement β€’ Track product lifecycle and manage assortment (e.g. novelties, out-of-range, limited editions) Analytics and Reporting β€’ Track and analyze website traffic, sales, and operations performance β€’ Support generation of reports and insights for the Ecommerce Manager How Will You Experience Success With Us To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate: β€’ A minimum of 4 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail β€’ A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and ability to multitask β€’ Solid understanding of ecommerce and eagerness to grow further β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus β€’ A passion for delivering outstanding online shopping experiences What Do We Offer At Cartier, you will be part of a community bound by a strong sense of responsibility, where connection, collaboration, and collective spirit thrive.
